Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you need international shipping, please contact us at support@keestore.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.


Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be unused or in its original, resalable condition
  • All included accessories (remote, cables, power adapter) must be included

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@keestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@keestore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days and we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
